Essential Oils 101

Essential oils are naturally occurring volatile aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, owers, and other parts of plants. Historically they've been used for food preparation, beauty treatment, and health-care practices.

Aromatically: Essential oils, when diffused or inhaled, can be very stimulating, calming, or soothing; diffusing essential oils can also cleanse and purify the air.

Internally: Certain essential oils have a rich culinary history and can be used as dietary supplements for targeted wellness.

Topically: Essential oils can be safely applied for massage or topical benefit.

Here are my 3 favourite methods so far:

  • Diffusing Lime and Grapefruit in the morning to help with focus!
  • Applying Lavender and Cedarwood at night to help with sleep!
  • Using DigestZen and OnGuard to support digestion and immune system!

If you just want to try one or two bottles, you can head here and buy them retail.

But you'll save 25% if you get a wholesale account -- this membership will give you 25% on all products but will NOT obligate you in any way to sell or buy. When you join, you'll not only have access to membership prices all year but a support system and community of oil enthusiasts to help guide you on your journey to using oils!

The wholesale membership cost is $35/£20 or you can join with a kit (they start at £92) which waives the joining fee AND gives you massive savings on oils as well! This also takes the guesswork out of how to get started as you can choose a great all round kit to suit your budget and needs.

You can click here to view Enrollment Kits but I highly recommend the Home Essentials Kit (comes with the top 10 oils and a diffuser) if you want to focus on physical needs (sleep, digestion, immune support etc) or Emotional Aromatherapy Diffused Kit (comes with the top blends and a diffuser) if you want to focus on emotional support (anxiety, motivation, focus, energy, etc.).

To get started, click here, fill out the application and pick your kit! Make sure my number is in the Enroller ID column (it's 4466261) and my name is showing as the sponsor.

Here's a step-by-step look at the process:
